Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in and check-out are fully remote. Information about the procedure will be shared via direct message or guest portal, along with instructions.
- Check-in is completed online. A refundable damage deposit ($300–$500) is required and will be returned 2–5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
- Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver ($50–$80 USD) can be chosen.
- Early check-in and late check-out can be provided at extra cost if available.
- Check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification portal process is completed.
Property Access
- The condo is in a secure building with a 24-hour front desk.
- Registered guests have access to all resident amenities at Midblock, including BBQ area (reservation required), putting green, pool, private terrace, and relaxing areas to enjoy the city views.
- Guests receive two key cards: one for elevators, one for garage.
Policies and Rules
- Guests may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card matching the ID, complete the verification portal, and in some instances, a criminal background check.
- Information collected for screening and verification is not stored or used for other purposes.
- All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement.
- By reserving, guests agree to be bound by rental terms and conditions.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card are required prior to check-in.
- Background checks may be required if mandated by property management or building, according to the rental agreement and booking condition.
- Programmed fumigation for pest control takes place between the 20th and 30th of each month. Access is required for this procedure.
- Airbnb rentals are allowed at Midblock; respect for residents and property is required.
- Visitor hours end at 11pm. After 11pm, visitors must be registered and pay the admin fee.
- Max pets: 0 (No pets allowed).
- Please inform in advance if the sofa bed is needed.
Fees and Payments
- An administration fee of $50.00 per adult guest is due for enhanced cleaning of the building and amenities. (Married couples or parent/dependent child are charged $50 for 1 guest instead of $100.)
- Admin fees are paid at check-in to the building.
- Lost key replacement: $150.00 per key.
- Locked out fee: $100.
