  • Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
  • Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided at extra cost.
  • You will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
  • Check-in instructions may be withheld until you have completed the verification portal.

  • The condo is located in a secure building with a 24-hour front desk team.
  • Guests will receive two key cards, one for the elevators and one for the garage. For any lost key, there is a $150.00 replacement fee per key.
  • Locked out fee: $100.
  • Registered guests have access to all resident amenities at Midblock. This unit comes with a private terrace on the same floor as the pool, BBQ area (reservation required), putting green, and outdoor areas.

  • Please inform if you will use the sofa bed.
  • To abide by legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name matching your ID, complete the verification portal, and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
  • Information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for other purposes.
  • All guests are required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
  • By completing the reservation, you agree to the rental terms and conditions.
  • You may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and booking conditions.
  • PROGRAMMED FUMIGATION: Between the 20th and 30th of each month, a mandatory pest cleaning is conducted on all units. Please provide access on designated days.
  • Visitor hours are until 11pm. After 11pm, visitors must be registered guests and pay the admin fee.
  • No pets are allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • An administration fee of $50.00 per adult guest will be due for cleaning of the building and amenities. Married couples or parent/dependent child will be charged for one guest at $50 instead of $100.
  • All admin fees are paid at check-in to the building.
  • Lost key replacement fee: $150.00 per key.
